How to Customize Mask Shapes in After Effects

1. Select the target image (if not selected, it will become a simple pen-drawn shape)

2. Choose the Pen tool and draw the desired area.

3. Long-press the Pen tool to switch to the Anchor Point tool. Click the anchor point you want to adjust and drag the direction handles to refine the mask area.

4. Expand the "Mask" properties and adjust the feathering to soften the mask's sharp edges.
